Introduction

There is a shorter version of the recipes included here. It's titled The Recipe Collection of Margaret Muoio and Family--2018. That cookbook is intended for family members decended from Dionisio and Angelina Dalesio and for Gramma Dalesio's relatives from Midland, PA. They are the Ranellis and Spazianis.

This longer version has those recipes plus all the other recipes I've collected. It includes family recipes from Joan's side of the family and recipes that I've found and used myself.

There is a bit less detail in this version. I didn't include a Table of Contents or an Index.  All the recipes are listed simply in Alphabetical order. It works best for me and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one whose going to use it.  Actually, I probably won't use it that much. I really prefer just going to the website where all my recipes are saved and using that when I bake.

There are some pictures here that haven't been shared before. It might be worth your while to scroll through just to see those.

Anyway, I think I might be done saving recipes. I'm really grateful to the web site FamilyRecipeCentral.com which has given me the opportunity to collect, view and publish everything contained here.

I did try to share the website with family members, but that didn’t go over well because only my sister Margie and cousin Nancy from Midland were able to get access. I haven’t been able to communicate with the Editor of the website to straighten out sign-on problems. I do have a solution for anyone wishing to get to the FamilyRecipeCentral.com site.  Give me a call (585-281-2695) and I’ll take you through the steps and let you use my password.
