BARBARA'S PEACH CONSERVE
I like this as a compliment to cheese souffle. It's good right out of the jar and the pecans are great. I remember driving to New York State to buy the peaches when they were in season to make this.

Bread & Butter Pickles
This is a recipe Sue & Mike made every year as the cucumbers started coming in from the garden.
The recipe calls for 25-30 medium cucumbers, but I couldn't get it to display right.
Yield is 6-7 quarts.

How to Brown Butter
In my opinion, the best part about this is that you don’t have to use softened butter… otherwise known as my arch nemesis. I think we all know that I sort of lack that thing called patience. So it works with cold butter, room temp butter, all butter! No discrimination.
I do, however, like to use unsalted butter. But that’s just me.
